1. Introduction
The GeoPilot is a conversational AI sales automation and customer-engagement platform operated by Street Perkz. The service may provide AI receptionist widgets, lead management tools, CRM and dispatch features, integrations and related software services for business customers.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Business Client Information
We may collect company name, website domain, owner or administrator contact details, staff routing numbers, billing information, account settings, service configuration, knowledge-base information, rate cards and other information provided by a subscribing business.
2.2 Relocation Lead and Chat Information
Depending on how a business configures its widget, information submitted by a website visitor may include name, phone number, email address, relocation route, move dates, floor or access information, packing requirements, room inventory and uploaded room or property media.
2.3 Technical and Service Information
We may process IP address, device and browser information, logs, security events, usage information and other technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.
3. AI Assistant & Chat Processing
Visitors may communicate with an automated AI assistant powered by The GeoPilot on behalf of the subscribing business. Messages may be processed in real time and transmitted to the subscribing business and its authorized staff for lead handling and service delivery.
The GeoPilot does not use customer chat content to publicly train or publish a general-purpose model. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and should not replace professional, contractual or physical assessment by the business.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate and maintain the service.
- Process and route leads to the subscribing business.
- Provide CRM, notification, dispatch and support functionality.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Administer accounts, billing and customer support.
- Measure and improve service performance.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sponsored Content & Advertising
The GeoPilot may display sponsored advertisements, promotional messages or referral offers within its widgets or related interfaces, including after an AI conversation has ended.
Sponsored content may relate to categories such as internet and telecommunications, furniture or appliance rental, storage, real estate or rental services, home services, recycling, vehicles and cleaning services.
Sponsored content will be identified using clear labels such as Advertisement, Sponsored or Sponsored Offer.
The GeoPilot does not sell a lead's personal information merely because an advertisement is displayed or clicked. Unless separately disclosed, authorized or legally permitted, we do not provide an advertiser with the lead's name, phone number, email address, address, moving details, chat transcript, room inventory, uploads or CRM record merely because the lead viewed or clicked an advertisement.
Advertising may be contextual, based on general service context rather than individualized behavioral profiling. If we introduce cookies, tracking technologies, profiling, behavioral advertising, precise-location advertising or another advertising feature that requires additional notice, consent or opt-out rights, we will implement the applicable requirements before using that feature.
The GeoPilot may receive advertising, sponsorship, referral, CPC, CPA or other commercial fees where applicable. Advertising revenue belongs to The GeoPilot unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Advertisers are independent third parties. An advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee by The GeoPilot.
Users who click an advertisement may be taken to a third-party website or service. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
The GeoPilot may reject or remove advertisements that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with its policies.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share information with the subscribing business, service providers and subprocessors, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a permitted corporate transaction.
We may provide advertisers with aggregate, statistical, campaign-performance or other non-identifying information for advertising measurement, subject to applicable law and contractual controls.
7. India Data Protection
For users and processing subject to Indian law, The GeoPilot seeks to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and requirements as they become applicable. Processing is designed around purpose limitation, data minimization, transparency, security and lawful processing.
8. EU / UK Data Protection
Where applicable, The GeoPilot seeks to support GDPR and UK GDPR requirements, including appropriate contractual protections, international transfer safeguards and data-subject rights.
9. United States Privacy
The GeoPilot does not sell, rent or provide identifiable relocation lead data to data brokers merely for advertising. Where state privacy laws apply, applicable rights and disclosures will be provided as required.
10. Children
The service is not intended to deliberately target children. The GeoPilot does not intentionally direct targeted advertising to children.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, which may include encrypted transmission, encryption at rest, access controls, database protections, logging, monitoring and security procedures.
12. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual requirements, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law and satisfy legitimate business requirements. Customer records may be deleted in accordance with contractual settings and verified requests, subject to legal retention obligations.
13. International Transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards will be used.
14. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The service may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for security, authentication and functionality. Any additional analytics or advertising technologies will be subject to applicable notice, consent and preference requirements.
15. Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction, objection, portability or other rights. Requests may be subject to verification and legal limitations.
16. Business Customer Responsibilities
Business customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices to their website visitors, collecting any required permissions, configuring the service lawfully and ensuring that information supplied to The GeoPilot may lawfully be processed.
17. Subprocessors
Depending on the service configuration, subprocessors or infrastructure providers may include AWS, Supabase, Google Cloud / Vertex AI, Resend and Meta WhatsApp API. The applicable provider list may change as the service evolves.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other appropriate means.
