The GeoPilot (operated by Street Perkz) provides conversational AI sales automation software, website widgets, and CRM dispatch tools to moving and logistics enterprises worldwide. This Global Privacy Policy details our practices regarding the collection, processing, protection, and disclosure of personal data across our website, client portal, and embeddable AI receptionist widgets.

Company name, website domain, owner email, staff WhatsApp routing numbers, billing records, and knowledge base rate cards.
Customer full name, phone number, email address, relocation route (origin and destination), target move dates, floor access, packing requirements, room inventory, and voluntarily uploaded room media.
3. AI Chatbot Interaction & Automated Processing Disclosure
When consumers interact with our chat widget on a subscriber moving company’s website:
- They are communicating with an automated artificial intelligence assistant powered by The GeoPilot on behalf of that moving company.
- Conversational messages are processed in real time to generate accurate logistics estimates and are transmitted to the moving company’s designated staff.
- No Public Model Training: Personal customer inputs are NOT used to train public generative AI foundation models.
4. Global Regulatory Alignment
We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection principles of purpose limitation, data minimization, secure storage, and lawful processing. Consent is captured transparently prior to processing.
We support GDPR compliance by offering standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for international transfers, maintaining comprehensive subprocessor registries, and respecting all Data Subject Rights (Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, and Portability).
We Do NOT Sell or Share Personal Information: The GeoPilot does not sell, rent, or monetize personal lead data to third-party data brokers or advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Security Measures & Data Retention
We deploy bank-grade technical safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 storage encryption, isolated database Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and automated intrusion monitoring. Relocation lead records are retained as long as active on the subscriber’s dashboard or deleted upon verified client request.
